Yes, and it's free. You don't need a Gmail address: your normal email works, even Outlook. To set one up, go to accounts.google.com, click Create account, and choose "Use your current email address instead". Enter your email, type in the code Google emails you, and pick a password. Done. From then on, whenever you see "Sign in with Google", use that same email and password. About 2 minutes.
