Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of GeoBoosting. By completing signup, finishing onboarding, or making a payment, you agree to these terms. GeoBoosting (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides done-for-you AI SEO services for small businesses. Contact us at hello@geoboosting.com.

1. The service

GeoBoosting delivers done-for-you AI SEO for your business. During your active subscription, we:

Crawl and analyze your website to identify SEO gaps
Build an SEO roadmap based on your services, target cities, and competitive landscape
Generate, human-review, and publish four (4) optimized pages per month to your WordPress site
Provide Google Business Profile recommendations
Connect to Google Search Console, record your baseline impression count, and display progress in your dashboard
Send monthly status updates and provide dashboard access

What is not included: paid advertising management, website redesign, social media management, review generation campaigns, and email marketing. These are available as separate add-on services.

2. Eligibility

To use GeoBoosting, you must:

Have an active WordPress website that was live before onboarding
Be a legitimate, operating business with verifiable contact information
Provide accurate information during onboarding
Have the authority to grant us the access required to deliver the service (WordPress, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile)

We currently serve single-location and small multi-location service businesses. We reserve the right to decline or pause service for businesses that do not meet these requirements.

3. Your responsibilities

To allow us to deliver the service, you agree to:

Complete the onboarding questionnaire fully and accurately
Connect your Google Search Console property during onboarding and within 14 days of completing the onboarding form (required for the visibility guarantee to apply)
Provide a WordPress Application Password for publishing access
Provide Google Business Profile access for audit and recommendations
Review and approve content drafts within your stated turnaround preference
Keep your website live and publicly accessible during the engagement
Notify us before making major site changes (domain changes, CMS migrations, noindex directives, or robots.txt updates) that could affect indexing

4. Pricing and billing

Founding pilot rate: $1,997 per month for the 90-day pilot period, locked at that rate for 12 months if you continue. This founding rate applies for 15 months total from your start date.

Standard rate: $3,497 per month, beginning in month 16.

Billing is monthly, in advance. Your first charge occurs at signup or on the agreed start date. Subsequent charges occur on the same date each month, processed through Stripe.

By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge that method each billing period. If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you. Accounts more than 7 days past due may be paused until the outstanding balance is resolved.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by sending written notice to hello@geoboosting.com. A 14-day notice period applies. Billing continues through the 14-day notice period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

5-day grace clause: if your cancellation request arrives within 5 days of your next scheduled billing date, we will not charge you for the following billing cycle.

All content published to your website during the engagement belongs to you. You keep it after cancellation, with no restrictions.

6. The 90-day visibility guarantee

What we guarantee

If your Google Search Console impressions have not grown by day 90 from the date your first page is published, you choose one of two paths:

Option A: We keep working on your account at no additional charge, revise the content strategy, and continue publishing until impressions grow. Billing resumes once the growth threshold is met.

Option B: We refund your most recent monthly payment. All published pages remain on your site. The content is yours.

The choice is yours.

When it can be invoked

The guarantee can be invoked at any time on or after day 90 from your first published page, regardless of whether you have submitted a cancellation notice.

How we measure it

We compare your current Google Search Console impressions against the baseline recorded at onboarding. The baseline is the total impression count pulled from Search Console on the day you connect your property, before any pages are published. It is stored as a fixed value and never overwritten.

Requirements for the guarantee to apply

All of the following must be true at the time the guarantee is invoked:

Google Search Console was connected and the baseline was recorded during onboarding, before any pages were published
Search Console was connected within 14 days of completing your onboarding form
Your WordPress site was live before onboarding with existing content
At least four (4) pages were published by the 90-day mark
Published pages remain live and have not been deleted, set to draft, or redirected by you
You provided accurate business information during onboarding
Your account has no unpaid invoices
No major site changes were made that disrupted indexing, including domain migrations, noindex directives, or robots.txt blocks

What disqualifies the guarantee

Search Console was not connected within 14 days of onboarding
The domain was registered within 90 days of your signup date with no prior history
Fewer than four pages were published due to missing access or delayed approvals on your side
Your site had a noindex directive, password protection, or blocked crawlers at any point during the 90 days
Published pages were deleted, redirected, or set to draft by you before the 90-day evaluation
The account was past due at the time the guarantee was invoked

What the guarantee does not cover

Specific keyword rankings or positions
A specific number of clicks, phone calls, form submissions, or bookings
Revenue or lead volume targets
Results before day 90
Impression growth for searches unrelated to the pages we published

7. Refunds

Outside of the visibility guarantee, all payments are non-refundable. We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

If the visibility guarantee is invoked and you choose the refund option, we will refund your most recent monthly payment within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method on file.

8. Content ownership

All content published to your website through GeoBoosting becomes your property upon publication. We retain no ownership rights to published content after it goes live on your site.

We may use anonymized performance data, aggregated outcomes, and general before/after metrics for case studies and marketing purposes. We will request your prior written consent before using your business name or identifiable details publicly.

9. Access and credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any credentials you share with us. Notify us immediately at hello@geoboosting.com if you believe a credential has been compromised.

You may revoke our WordPress publishing access at any time by regenerating or deleting the Application Password. Revoking access will pause our ability to publish content until access is restored.

10. Service availability

We aim for continuous availability of the GeoBoosting dashboard and workflows. We are not liable for temporary interruptions caused by third-party services (Google, WordPress, Stripe, or hosting providers) or scheduled maintenance. We will communicate planned downtime by email when reasonably possible.

11. Limitation of liability

GeoBoosting is not liable for:

Loss of revenue, bookings, or leads
Changes to Google’s search algorithm or ranking systems
Actions taken by third-party platforms including Google, WordPress hosting providers, or Stripe
Results that depend on factors outside our control, including your domain’s age, prior SEO penalties, competitor activity, or market conditions

Our total liability for any claim arising from this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Termination by GeoBoosting

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

You violate these terms
Your account is more than 14 days past due after notice
You provided false or misleading information during onboarding
You use the service in a way that violates applicable law

If we terminate your account for reasons other than your breach, we will refund any prepaid amounts for the unused portion of your current billing period.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

14. Entire agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GeoBoosting. They supersede any prior understandings, proposals, or communications.

15. Changes to these terms

We’ll notify active customers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
