GeoBoosting LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use GeoBoosting (“Service”).
1. Information We Collect
Account information: Name, email address, and business details you provide during signup and onboarding.
Business data: Your website URL, WordPress credentials (stored encrypted), Google Search Console access tokens, and business profile details.
Usage data: Pages visited, actions taken within the app, and feature usage patterns — used to improve the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, including crawling your website, generating content, publishing to your WordPress, and reporting Search Console metrics. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate GeoBoosting: Supabase (database and authentication), OpenAI (content generation), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email). Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for 90 days before deletion, unless you request earlier removal.
5. Security
We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data. WordPress credentials and API tokens are stored encrypted at rest. We limit internal access to production data to essential personnel only.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at hello@geoboosting.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to understand usage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
